    Yes, absolutely. Apart from general standard conveyors, we are fully capable of customizing products for your specific applications. Supported by our experienced design team with 3 sophisticated engineers, we provide tailor-made solutions for specific material loading/unloading, production, assembly, distribution, sorting, and shipping purposes. Just send us your warehouse or workshop layouts and load requirements!

  • Do you provide one-stop conveyor system optimizing solutions?

    Yes, we don't just sell equipment; we provide win-win quality conveyor systems and optimization solutions. Our engineering team can design complete integrated systems for sorting, diverting, merging, and automatic uploading to help solve your labor shortages and "make handwork easier".

  • What is your manufacturing capacity and scale?

    Our production factory is located in the Yongjiang Industry Zone, Ningbo, covering a spacious area of 5,000 m². We house a team of 55 highly experienced workers and 5 dedicated technical staff. Our current monthly production capacity reaches 300 units of conveyor equipment, ensuring stable supply and reliable delivery.

  • What's the quality standard of your encoders?

    All our encoders are ISO 9001 and CE certified. Happy to share our test reports for your review.

  • Do you accept small orders? What is your MOQ?

    Yes, we are very flexible and customer-oriented. We highly support small orders, making it easy for overseas distributors and end-users to test our premium conveyor quality. Please contact our sales team at jimmy@nbmhe.com for specific product MOQ details.

  • What is your typical lead time for a standard or customized conveyor?

    We pride ourselves on flexible and fast delivery times.

    • For standard conveyor components or standard roller conveyors, lead times are highly optimized.
    • For fully customized conveyor systems or telescopic loading conveyors, it generally takes a few weeks depending on the design complexity. We will provide a precise timeline along with our quotation.

    Our factory is located in Ningbo, China, boasting a highly advantaged logistical position right adjoined to National Highway #329. We are only 11km from Ningbo Railway Station, 24km from Ningbo Airport, and 36km from the Port of Ningbo (one of the world's top shipping hubs). This ensures seamless, cost-effective global logistics to Southeast Asia, North America, South America, and worldwide markets.
