Motorized Roller Conveyor — MRC Series

The backbone of most assembly lines: a chain, ribbed-belt, lineshaft, or O-belt driven roller conveyor with constant or variable speed control (10–20m/min standard) to keep parts moving at exactly the pace your line needs. Optional chain cover protection and worm-gear motor units add safety and precision.

02 · Heavy Sub-Assembly Handling

Heavy Duty Slat Chain Conveyor — SCC-HD Series

Built with solid bid-pitched chains for assemblies and components too heavy or bulky for standard belts. Configurable as linear, curved, inclined, or L-shaped lines, with slat material from zinc-plated carbon steel to SUS304/316L stainless steel for harsher environments.

Spiral Conveyor — LXC Series

A space-saving vertical conveyor for moving components or finished parts between production floors without consuming additional plant footprint. Available in motorized (up and down) or gravity-driven versions, with plastic/steel roller, chain slat, or modular belt surfaces depending on your part type.

For assembly cells that can't run in a straight line, our 90° and 180° belt and roller curve conveyors redirect product flow while keeping all the load and speed characteristics of a standard straight conveyor — built with a 900mm inner turning radius as a factory standard.
